چکیده
Decentralised development cooperation (DDC), or partnerships for sustainable between cities and regions in developed developing countries, can help drive major global agendas forward. Achieving a sustainable, equitable resilient future requires action from subnational governments many key SDGs emerging areas, such as the response to health crisis, support refugees implementing net-zero pathways. The Global policy toolkit: Guidance practitioners shows how DDC promote mutual benefits peer-to-peer learning, bring co-operation closer people their daily lives, deliver technical services expertise. By providing repository of good practices guidance on implementation modalities, toolkit seeks dialogue learning across actors enhance effectiveness, efficiency impact worldwide.
